2. Open and transparent management (APP 1)
We maintain documented internal practices, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with the APPs and to enable individuals to enquire about, or complain about, our handling of personal information. This policy is published on our website and is updated when our practices change.

4. How we collect personal information
We collect information directly from you when you open an Account, deposit, place a bet, contact support, or update your settings. We also collect information from third-party identity verification providers (for example greenID or equivalent), from payment processors and banks, and from cookies and similar technologies subject to your consent.
5. Why we collect personal information
To open and operate your Account, verify your identity under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth), process transactions, prevent fraud and integrity breaches, comply with regulator and tax obligations, monitor for harmful gambling behaviour, report to AUSTRAC and the Liquor & Gaming NSW as required, and (where you have opted in) send marketing communications.
6. Who we share it with
- Identity verification providers (document and address checks).
- Payment processors and banks for deposits and withdrawals.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers operating under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Regulators and authorities: the Liquor & Gaming NSW, AUSTRAC, sporting integrity bodies, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the Australian Taxation Office, and law enforcement on lawful request.
- Our auditors, advisers and insurers, subject to confidentiality obligations.
7. Overseas disclosure (APP 8)
We host data primarily in Australia. Where a service provider operates from a country outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles in relation to the information. This may include contractual safeguards and audits.
8. Data security
We use TLS for data in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls based on role and need-to-know, logging and security monitoring. No system is completely secure; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
9. Retention
We retain identity, account and transaction data for the period required by the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) and New South Wales licensing conditions, generally seven years from the date of Account closure. Marketing preferences are kept indefinitely so we can honour an opt-out.
10. Your rights (APPs 12 and 13)
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can request access to and correction of your personal information.
You may also ask us to delete or de-identify personal information where we are not required to retain it by law. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
To make a privacy request, email privacy@bookiprice.com.
11. Marketing and your choices
If you opt in, we may send promotional emails, SMS and push notifications about wagering products. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link, in-product setting, or by contacting support. Marketing communications comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
We do not send marketing to Customers who are self-excluded, who have opted out, who are within a deposit-limit cool-off period, or who opened an account within the last 24 hours.
12. Cookies and analytics
See our Cookie Policy. Strictly necessary cookies operate the site. Analytics and marketing cookies do not run unless you opt in via the cookie banner.
13. Children
The Service is strictly for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
