- "Promotional credit" or "bonus bet" means non-cashable credit issued under a promotion.
- "Settlement" means the determination of a bet outcome and the application of returns or losses.
3. Eligibility
- You must be aged 18 or over and ordinarily resident in Australia.
- You must provide accurate personal information and successfully complete identity verification under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth).
- You must not be self-excluded under the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop) or any operator-level self-exclusion.
- You must not be an employee, director or close associate of BookiePrice Pty Ltd or its related bodies, nor a person prohibited from wagering under any Australian law or sports integrity rule.
- You must not access the Service from a country designated under section 9A of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
4. Account opening and identity verification
Identity verification is conducted at account opening in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). Verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID and confirmation of your residential address. Additional documents may be requested where required, including for enhanced due diligence.
Deposits and bets can be processed only after identity verification is complete.
5. Customer obligations
You agree to keep your personal information accurate and up to date, to hold only one Account, and not to act in concert with other Customers or third parties to circumvent these Terms (including stake limits, promotional terms or self-exclusion).
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
6. Deposits
Deposits may be made by eligible debit card payments, BPay, PayID, Apple Pay or Google Pay where linked to an eligible debit card. We do not accept credit-card transactions on consumer credit, cryptocurrency, or third-party payments. The restriction on credit cards reflects the Interactive Gambling Amendment (Credit and Other Measures) Act 2023 (Cth).
Minimum deposit is $5. Maximum single deposit defaults to $5,000 and may be lower if you have set a personal deposit limit or if we apply lower limits for responsible gambling, risk, payment or compliance reasons.
We may request information on the source of funds and may delay or refuse a deposit pending checks under our AML/CTF program.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in your name. Withdrawals are processed subject to account verification, payment checks, AML/CTF checks and business-day processing times. Card refunds can take 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals typically clear within 1 to 3 business days following completion of all required checks.
We may delay or refuse a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, integrity breach, breach of these Terms, or where required by law.
We do not charge withdrawal fees. Currency conversion and external bank fees, if any, may apply through your payment provider.
8. Bet acceptance
A bet is placed when you confirm it on the Service. A bet is accepted only once it appears in your bet history with a confirmation reference. We may refuse to accept a bet at our reasonable discretion, including for integrity, risk, technical or compliance reasons. If a bet is not accepted, any stake is returned to your Account.
9. Void bets and palpable error
A bet may be voided where a palpable error has occurred. A palpable error means an obvious pricing or settlement error, including but not limited to price inversions, decimal-point errors, or settlement against the wrong selection.
For racing markets, where a runner is declared a non-runner under the rules of the relevant racing authority, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded, with deductions applied to remaining selections in accordance with applicable rule 4 deductions where they apply.
10. Settlement rules
Bets are settled according to the official result published by the recognised governing body of the relevant sport or racing authority. Where two recognised authorities publish different results, the rules of the specific market determine which source applies.
Sport-specific rules and edge cases (overtime, abandoned matches, postponed events, disqualified runners) are published with the market or in the relevant rules appendix on the Service.
11. Multi bets and Same Game Multis
Multi bets settle leg-by-leg. A void leg reduces the multi by that selection's odds and remaining legs remain live. Same Game Multis are priced on dependent outcomes and are subject to leg-correlation reductions disclosed at bet confirmation.
Where a leg of a Same Game Multi is voided, the Same Game Multi is re-priced or voided as disclosed at bet confirmation.
12. Limits
Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply per market. Limits are disclosed at bet confirmation. We may reduce the stake offered or refuse a bet at our reasonable discretion, including for risk, integrity, compliance or responsible gambling reasons.
13. Account closure
You may close your Account at any time by signing in and selecting Account > Close account, or by emailing support@bookiprice.com from the email address registered to the Account.
We may suspend or close an Account where we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, integrity breach, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required by law. We may also close an Account on responsible gambling grounds where we identify possible signs of harm and continued service would not be appropriate.
Cleared balances on a closed Account are returned to your verified payment method, subject to identity, payment and AML/CTF checks.
14. Dormant accounts
An Account is treated as dormant where there has been no deposit, withdrawal, bet placement or sign-in activity for 13 consecutive months. We will use reasonable efforts to contact you at your registered email address before treating an Account as dormant.
Funds in a dormant Account may be transferred to the relevant State or Territory unclaimed-money authority as required by law, including under the Unclaimed Money Act 1995 (NSW).
15. Promotional credits
Where promotional credits are made available to eligible verified Customers, full terms appear with the offer and are the controlling terms for that promotion. Promotional credits and bonus bets are non-cashable, may have expiry dates, may be limited to single use per offer, and may require wagering before any related winnings can be withdrawn. See current offers.
16. Responsible gambling
We participate in the National Consumer Protection Framework for Online Wagering. You can set deposit limits, take a break, or self-exclude at any time from your Account.
We may close an Account, decline a bet, decline a deposit, or apply additional limits on responsible gambling grounds. For confidential help, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 any time, 24/7. National self-exclusion is available at betstop.gov.au. See our Responsible Gambling charter and deposit limits policy.
17. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
18. Marketing communications
If you have opted in, we may send promotional emails, SMS and push notifications about wagering products. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or your account settings. Marketing communications are subject to the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
We do not send marketing to Customers who are self-excluded, who have opted out, who are within a deposit-limit cool-off period, or who opened an account within the last 24 hours.
19. Errors, omissions and technical failure
Where a market is priced or settled in obvious error (palpable error), or where a bet is affected by an odds-feed glitch, server outage or other technical failure, we may void the affected bets and refund stakes. We will use reasonable efforts to publish a notice on the Service describing what happened.
20. Disputes and complaints
If you have a complaint, contact complaints@bookiprice.com. Our internal complaints procedure is set out in our complaints policy.
If we cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the Liquor & Gaming NSW. For financial-services aspects (debit transactions or refunds), the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) may also accept eligible complaints at afca.org.au.
21. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
To the extent permitted by Australian law, BookiePrice Pty Ltd's liability is limited to the amount of the bet in dispute.
22. Changes to these terms
We may amend these Terms by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be notified by email and in-product banner at least 14 days before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulator direction. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
23. Severability, entire agreement and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the documents they reference, form the entire agreement between you and BookiePrice Pty Ltd in relation to the Service. A failure or delay by either party to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
24. Notices and governing law
Notices to you are sent to the email address registered to your Account. Notices to BookiePrice Pty Ltd should be sent to support@bookiprice.com or by post to Level 3, 91 Phillip Street, Parramatta NSW 2150, Australia.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
